A Makeover

If you are not reading this in an RSS feed, you will notice that my Web site redesign is complete! My hero and winning designer is a Mr. Bill Mandra. Bill, thank you so much! I am really so excited to have a site that I am proud of!

I decided to use Bill’s header with a customized WordPress design. In addition to the new look, I have also added a demo reel, and updated bio and resume. The demo reel was made by my good friend Jon Wank. Jon used to work with me on TeXtra. It was very nice of him to edit this, although I think I might have to babysit his three year-old twin girls in exchange.

Also, thank you to everyone else who submitted. All of the submissions were really great! If I can ever return the favor, I am happy to try!

    You're very welcome. The sites looking good and I really like the addition of the demo reel. Jon did a great job. BTW, if you ever need anything else just let me know (you can babysit my 4yo son in exchange).

    Very nice design! Oh What did I hear? Natali is offering to baby sit ? Sweet :) I have 5 yr old twins that would love to play with the 3 yr old twins. If I ever come out that way with my wife and kids, you can baby sit while my wife and I go to a play :) Wow, Natali, you're awesome!

    Looks good on iphone. Except the demo reel, which is in flash video. But that's okay. I will survive.

  • Not too bad, I do think Natali needs a better header though.
    The hand written font and brown background doesn't seem to fit and comes off a little cheap.

    I'd be interested in coming up with one for you.

    Don't criticize the winner -- the contest is over. :-) It's a solid design, and like someone said above, it really does look good on the iPhone. Great work, Bill!

    I got a couple of compliments on my submission. And considering I do web design for a living like tigers do vegetarianism for a living, I'm a happy camper.

    The new design is amazing. I think you picked a great header for the site. The Demo Reel is an absolutely amazing feature. It is great to see some of your best moments all wrapped into one video. Keep up the amazing work. And thank you to Bill M for giving Natali such a great banner.
